These Terms govern use of fixpayment.org and SMS communications from Changing Our Futures (EIN 47-1878490; brand website www.makechoice.org) operating FixPayment.

SMS reminder program

Program purpose: FixPayment sends account reminders and related notifications about balances, status, and self-service options. Messages may occasionally include a secure link so you can review or resolve an account. This is not a third-party marketing program.

Consent: By providing a mobile number when enrolling, speaking with support, or otherwise agreeing to reminders (consent language: makechoice.org/sms-opt-in-evidence.html), you consent to receive recurring automated and/or staff-initiated SMS reminders from Changing Our Futures / FixPayment. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Consent is obtained for FixPayment’s own messaging program and is not sold or transferred to other brands for their marketing.

• Message frequency varies (typically occasional reminders; fewer than 10 messages per month for most people).
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
• Help: Reply HELP or INFO, or email support@fixpayment.org.
